Hi,

I am a student pursuing a Master of  Arts in the Design Management program at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).

I got my Bachelor’s Degree of Literature in Design Theory and Curating from Nanjing Arts Institute (NAI), China.

My interest is in the current situation of Chinese brands in the United States market, brand-building process and brand strategy. One of my goals is to contribute to Chinese brands by improving their brand culture and helping them to reach the world top brand level.

My strengths are design research, design strategy, brand strategy, and project management. I am a team player and am unafraid to share my ideas.

Yile can get emotional about any subject in which she believes. She will optimistically interact with people in an assured, diplomatic and poised manner. She is good at negotiating conflict between others. Yile feels that “if everyone would just talk it out, everything would be okay!” She usually uses many gestures when talking. Yile is highly excited by what influences her. Communication can extend from friendly to argumentative discourse. She tends to influence people to her way of thinking by using verbiage as compared with others who like to use reports. She is people-oriented and verbally fluent.”
